Gymnasium
We hold pride in our gym being a creating a safe, community filled environment. Our fully TechnoGym equipped gym, with dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 50kg, a variety cardiovascular equipment and resistance machines, provides the perfect space for beginners and long time gym-goers.
In our multi functional area, you can find battle ropes, boxing bags, TRX, sled push, sand bags, plyo boxes and much more.
When signing up, we offer a complimentary Body M.O.T that you can have an update on at any point, so you can keep a detailed record of your progress.
Our friendly fitness staff can help you step by step in how you can improve on areas that you may need help with. Plus FREE and UNLIMITED classes!
We have fitness instructors on-site to help guide you on your journey, whether you’re just starting out, if you've hit a wall, or need someone to spot you, we are there for you.
We also offer discounts for Blue Light Card holders and Rolls-Royce employees and spouses.

Studio
A modern, open, multi-purpose studio with floor-to-ceiling mirrors, ideal for everything from spin and fitness classes to dance & judo.
The studio comes equipped with weights, bars, steps and floor mats, and a surround sound system where you can have complete control at the front of the studio. Creating a perfect space for a private workout, or to hire for classes.

Indoor Sports
Our versatile well lit, indoor sports hall, creates the perfect space for a multitude of sports. When in sole use, we have space for 4 full size badminton courts, a full size basket ball court and a X-a-side football pitch. The sports hall can also be used for a variety of other activities, such as training days and fitness tests.
We also have two seperate squash courts, one hard back and one glass back. Our squash courts are also available to hire for Table Tennis.
