Our purpose-built meeting rooms are fully equipped for any business meeting or professional event. Whether it’s a board meeting, large conference, staff training day or team building exercise, our dedicated team can help you coordinate a seamless event for 2 people to 200 people.

Meeting rooms vary in size from the intimate Denby suite, which can accommodate up to 10 delegates to Nightingale Hall, our largest meeting room, which holds up to 200 delegates.

All nine of our air-conditioned meeting rooms are fully equipped with the latest hybrid conferencing technology, including superspeed Wi-Fi, built in AV screen and projectors.

Room hire includes projector, screen, flip charts, delegate pads and pens, along with complimentary tea, coffee, and water. Other equipment is available to hire at competitive rates.

Our rooms are available to hire on a daily or half day basis, with breakfast and lunch catering options available as required.

Outside space is also available for hire should you wish to include activities as part of your event.

We are fully accessible for wheelchair users and can cater for other specific access requirements.

We are located close to all major road links, including the M1, A38 and M42 and are close to Derby railway station and East Midlands Airport.
