  • We collect this information to respond to your enquiry and provide support.

  • 2. Breakfast & Lunch Pre-Order Forms

  • When you place a pre-order for food or drink, we collect:

  • Your first and last name

  • Your email address

  • Your order details (food and drink)

  • Any allergens noted

  • Date and time of collection

  • Preference for take-in or take-out

  • We use this information to prepare and fulfil your order and ensure food safety related to allergens.

  • 3. Lottery Form

  • When you enter our lottery, we collect:

  • Your full name

  • Email address

  • Employment status (Rolls-Royce or DLEV)

  • Check number (if applicable)

  • Leisure membership status and membership number (if applicable)

  • Number of existing and new lottery chances

  • Total number of chances

  • Payment authorisation details

  • Digital signature and today’s date

  • This information is required to process your lottery subscription, validate eligibility, and manage ongoing payments and participation.

  • We may also use this information to contact you about your lottery subscription and provide your reference code.

General - 

  • Online identifiers (including your device information such as IP and MAC address when you log-in to our WiFi or navigate our website).​

  • Details and records of your request, complaint or query and/or any feedback you submit about your experience with us.

  • Categorisation of you as a customer based on the information we have about you from various sources (for example, if this is your first experience with us or you are a regular customer).

  • Usage Data: App usage logs, device information, IP address, and location data (if permission is granted).

  • Payment Information: If applicable, securely processed via third-party payment processors.

We do not need to process any information which would be considered to be ‘special category data’ (that is any information which, for example, reveals your ethnic or racial origin, political affiliations or health data) in order to provide your services. With an exception to private & confidential PAR-Q’s upon enrolling with gym membership. Health data is provided at your discretion. To the extent that you confirm that you or your party have any underlying health condition when reserving or booking with us (such as an allergy or disability) we will only process such information based on your explicit consent for such period of time as is necessary to provide our services. Where you provide such data on behalf of a member of your party, you confirm that you have obtained their consent for us to process this information. Please ensure that you bring this Privacy Notice to the attention of your party.
